Kelvin Wu has served on our board of directors as Chairman since 2018. With over 12 years experience as an investment banker, Mr. Wu has led a team in sponsoring and underwriting 25+ IPOs, including some of the most over-subscribed and iconic deals in the Asian financial market history.
Mr. Wu co-founded AID Partners Capital (in 2007) and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Golden Harvest Entertainment and Legendary Picture East Inc. Mr. Wu is also on the board of directors of Shunwei Capital and multiple listed companies in Hong Kong and Korea. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a postgraduate degree from Osaka University of Foreign Studies (Renamed Osaka University) and also completed several HMX Pro courses from Harvard Medical School.
