Itai Cohen

Itai Cohen serves as Chief Financial Officer at AID Genomics. Mr. Cohen has over 10 years’ experience holding key  positions in the Israeli financial markets, including acting as senior manager and C-Level positions in global firms.

Prior to  joining AIDG, Mr. Cohen worked as CFO of public and private corporations in various fields, including energy, genetics,  high-tech, and finance. Prior to that, Mr. Cohen served as Senior Manager at KPMG International.

Mr. Cohen’s expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, auditing, financial statement reporting, international tax planning and Israeli taxation,  consulting and valuation of projects. Mr. Cohen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Art degree in  accounting and economics from Open University and an MBA degree from Ben Gurion University.
